How It Works
Get your whole fleet in one view — in minutes
Steadyhaul is a browser-based platform. No hardware to install, no app to download. Add your trucks, log your data, and start getting predictions within your first week.
Step 1: Add your trucks
Create your fleet profile in minutes. Enter each truck: year, make, model, mileage, and any maintenance history you have on hand. If you don't have detailed records, start from today — Steadyhaul gets smarter as data builds.
Step 2: Log mileage and service
Drivers can log mileage from any phone. Maintenance events — oil changes, tire rotations, brake work — are recorded against each truck so you always know where each vehicle stands. No spreadsheets.
Step 3: See what's coming
Steadyhaul surfaces maintenance predictions based on mileage patterns, service history, and your truck types. You'll get a warning window — typically 2 to 4 weeks out — so you can schedule downtime on your terms, not the shop's.
Step 4: Know what parts should cost
Before any repair, check the parts pricing dashboard. Steadyhaul surfaces fair market pricing on common parts so you walk into the shop knowing your number before the mechanic quotes you.
Step 5: See your P&L at the end of the month
Every month, Steadyhaul generates a fleet P&L: revenue per truck, downtime days lost, fuel spend, maintenance costs, and net margin. The numbers your business actually runs on — without building a spreadsheet.
